The Home & School is a parent-run committee whose purpose it is to support the goals of the College through a range of initiatives and activities including fundraising, assistance with school based programs and planning. It has been the practice of the Home & School to support the College with projects that benefit all students. In the past the Home & School has raised funds to supply air conditioning to classrooms, a handball court and playgrounds, and more recently, the installation of a practice cricket net. We encourage parents to attend this meeting and share ideas about projects that would benefit our students. Our major fundraising activities each year include: Trivia Night in August; Carols Program in December. Other minor fundraising activities may include such events as Mother’s and Father’s Day Stalls, Hot Cross Bun Drives, Party Plan Days; and others sales orientated fundraising. Parents may also assist the Home & School by being on a roster to help out at the Uniform Pool and Canteen. |
