Fee Schedule

Enrolment application fee

This is a non-refundable fee of $150 made at the time of enrolment application for any new student to the College. $100 of this fee is credited to the student’s account as a fee deposit at the time the student is registered. $50 is retained as a fee to cover administrative costs associated with the pre-enrolment processes.

As Pre-Kinder is funded differently to our Primary and Secondary School, no discounts are offered.

Additional Charges - Pre-Kinder
Activity Fee  $30/term
This fee is used exclusively for the purchase of extra educational resources and equipment for the children.

Kinder - Year 12 Term Levy

This consolidated student levy provides for: local excursions, sporting activities, competition fees, computing infrastructure and labs, the development of classroom resources, acquisition of library resources, buildings, student initial stationary materials, textbooks and other sundry items. The levy is not tax deductable.

This is a refundable deposit for the use of a musical instrument during our music program in Grades 3 & 5.

Scholarships

All new students may apply for a Starters Scholarship to defray the expenses associated with the commencement of studies at a new school. Border Christian College also offers a range of other Scholarships for Primary and Secondary students.

Payment of Fees

All fees are payable with 30 days of the issue of accounts. The College accepts payment by cash, cheque, EftPOS, Credit Card, Direct Debit and Direct Deposit.
