The College Council is responsible for the governance of the school and is appointed annually. Representatives are appointed from each church that finances the school. Briefly the Council’s function is.

From 2004 the College Council has been very busy working towards developing and implementing a Master Plan for growth of the whole school. In 2005 Stage I of the development, the Allan Bullock Science Building, was completed. After receiving an offer of a Commonwealth Government Grant of $230,00 Stage II plans were developed and construction of Food Technology, Textiles, and Art classrooms was completed this year. With the Rudd Government's BER funding, construction of a Multi-Purpose building is underway for completion in 2010.
